Shipping & Returns
We can ship your order to all North America. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 3 to 15 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.
"Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address."

Yes, just ship it back to us and after your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

- Some items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will not receive an automated tracking number. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
- All packages shipped outside Canada are considered international.
- Warranties are void on ALL machines shipped to or transported outside Canada
- Customer is responsible for all shipping, customs fees, brokerage fees and any other delivery fees associated with delivery of the package.
- Espresso.com reserves the right to choose the appropriate method and carrier for shipping.
- Espresso.com is not responsible for delivery of the package once it leaves our facility. That responsibility falls on the carrier.
- Espresso.com does not guarantee transit times. "In Transit" times are determined by the carrier and are only estimates.
- Orders will not be shipped without verification of shipping costs by customer. This cost does not include customs fees, brokerage charges or any other associated fees which are the sole responsibility of customers at time of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for all return ship costs involved with defective merchandise.
